John O. Hedrick - has been associated with the company in various roles almost since its founding. He has also served as the Director of Transportation at East Texas Council of Governments, President of the Denton County Transportation Authority, Vice President of San Antonio Metropolitan Transit, and Executive Director of the West Virginia State Rail Authority. Prior to these roles, Mr. Hedrick was General Manager of three major tourist railroads, operated a railroad-themed restaurant, and was an operating officer of the Southern (now Norfolk Southern) Railway

Joshua D. Coran PE - Served as Chief Mechanical Officer for Trinity Railway Express, Director of Operations for Talgo, Inc., and Chief Mechanical Engineer for the Alaska Railroad; Mechanical Engineer for Illinois Central Railroad and Pullman-Standard Car Manufacturing

Patrica Chemka Speranza – Former Deputy Commissioner, Westchester County (NY) Department of Public Works and Transportation, and prior to that, Director of Planning for Westchester County Department of Transportation. Ms. Chemka has taken a leading role on the PTSI Transportation Bus and Transit specialty team.

Richard H. Phelps – Mr. Phelps served as Vice President – Transportation for Amtrak, following roles as General Superintendent and General Manager, the latter as the first operational head of the Los Angeles Metrolink Commuter Rail System. He has also been a Vice President of Rail Plan International.

Richard H. Rudolph, Ph.D. - Founder and Executive Director of Rippling Waters Organic Teaching Farm, retired Dean and Professor of Sustainable Regional Development at University of Massachusetts, Chair of Rail Users Network and former Chair of the Amtrak Customer Advisory Committee

Robert C. VanderClute - President of FirstRail International, LLC and retired as Senior Vice President – Safety & Operations for the American Association of Railroads. Prior to that he served as Vice President – Rail for Parsons Brinckerhoff, and had a long career with New York Central, Penn Central and then Amtrak, rising to Vice President – Transportation.
